What does delivery cost and how long does it take?
Baghdad is 3,000 IQD, usually same day. Other governorates are 5,000 IQD within 2–3 days. Any order over 250,000 IQD ships free.
How does payment work?
Cash on delivery everywhere: you receive your order in your hands, then pay the courier. We do not take online payment for now.
Can I exchange or return an item?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition with all accessories and packaging. If it is a change of mind, the customer covers delivery.
How do I pick colours and sizes?
Each product page lists its colour or size options. Pick your option before adding to cart; the photos show every colour clearly.
How do I follow my order?
After confirmation we reach you on WhatsApp, and you can ask about your order any time from the WhatsApp button on the site.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, message us on WhatsApp as soon as you can, before the order leaves with the courier, and we adjust or cancel it at no cost.
Do products match the photos?
We use photos that show the product as it is, with details and colours listed on its page. If what arrives differs from the description, the exchange policy protects you.
When is delivery free?
When your order total is 250,000 IQD or more, delivery is free to any governorate.
